How do you plan to celebrate Meatout 2015? Have you throwing a party or have dinner plans for your omnivorous friends and family? Let’s us know how your Meatout 2015 went, as we love to hear success stories!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
When the clock struck midnight to ring in 2015, we began celebrating our 5th year as vegans! It has certainly been a great journey of personal exploration through food, culture, society and more. We look forward to what the next 5, 10, 20, 50 bring us, because we’re in this LIFELONG!
Then, we headed out for lunch to Blossom on Columbus here in NYC, where we celebrated Carlo’s birthday in September. Here are a couple of photos:
What are some things we’re looking forward to this year? Here’s our Top 10!
There will certainly be more outings, food and fun to be shared. Somewhere along the way, Carm will have her thesis completed and have a Master’s degree in hand! YES!
What’s on your radar or plan for this year? Share with us!
Thank you for being a part of our first-ever holiday celebration! Whether you took away a holiday recipe or information on a cause, just by visiting, you’ve shown us how much you care and you’re making a difference. A simple (or not-so-simple) act of reducing suffering, eating plant-based or just giving love to a cause really can be that one giant leap forward for all animals. We appreciate you for that.
Of course, we have to give a HUGE shout-out to our friends who shared their recipes with us over 12 Days & 8 Nights: Amber, Alex, Sarah, Becky, JL, Crissie, Ethan, Michael, Jason, Shoshana, Miyoko, Fran, Heather, Chris, Jon, Zsu, Sarah Eve, Dianne, Susanna, Matthew, Ella, Terry, Dan and Mike! You are so awesome and we cannot say thank you enough for celebrating the holidays with all of us!
Now, friends, it’s recap time. Get your bookmarks ready!
